Mas Property Public Meeting Held
Pinecrest held a public meeting to share community survey results and gather input from residents regarding the master plan development for Aleyda Mas Park. The meeting was at Evelyn Greer Park, Wednesday, February 12 at 6:30 pm.
Aleyda Mas Park Master Plan and Conceptual Design Approval
Conceptual plans were approved by Village Council at the May 22 2025 meeting, and the construction documents are being designed in order to advertise an Invitation to Bid for a contractor. Design is expected to take twelve months.
